What areas does The Party Rental Hub serve?+
We deliver party and event rentals throughout the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro, including Eagan, Blaine, St. Paul, Woodbury, Maplewood, Burnsville, Bloomington, Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, Cottage Grove, Oakdale, Mendota Heights, Richfield, Roseville, White Bear Lake, Stillwater, Apple Valley, West St. Paul, and Inver Grove Heights. If your event is just outside these communities, request a quote and we'll confirm availability.
Do you deliver tables and chairs?+
Yes. You can pick up your rental or choose delivery when you request a quote. If you select delivery we'll ask for the delivery address, ZIP code, and building type, plus whether pickup happens the same day or the next day.
What types of chairs do you rent?+
We rent white folding chairs today, and white garden chairs are coming soon. Both are clean, neutral styles that suit weddings, ceremonies, graduations, and backyard parties.
What types of tables do you rent?+
We rent 6' rectangular tables that seat 6–8 guests and 8' rectangular tables that seat 8–10 guests. Cocktail tables are coming soon.
Do you rent tents or canopies?+
Not at this time. Our current inventory is tables and chairs, and we're happy to work alongside a tent your venue or another vendor provides.
How much do party rentals cost?+
Rental pricing is per item, per day: $10 for a 6' table, $13 for an 8' table, $2 for a white folding chair, and $3.50 for a white garden chair when it arrives. Delivery is quoted based on your address, and same-day pickup adds $50.
How far in advance should I book?+
The earlier the better, especially for summer weekends and graduation season. Send your date and quantities and we'll confirm availability within one business day.
How do I request a quote?+
Add the tables and chairs you need to your quote from the catalog, then send us your event date, time, and location. We'll reply with a confirmed quote within one business day.
